You are absolutely correct about the ability of AGTK to obtain friendly financing. Friedman has been making claims of his desire for "friendlier financing" for quite some time. Quite frankly it benefits him to continue with toxic financing as he has his hand in the pot in every aspect.

Even in 2013 he mentions his desire to receive financing from reputable banks. Hilarious to read this again....remember it all too well. Another failed deal that never went anywhere. There was still some optimism on this board then. Much more lively but Friedman has managed to drive most of them away with his BS.
