I’m seriously beginning to wonder if the sleep doctor even knows. Another stock I follow was recently nailed by the SEC due to the fact they PRd they had acquired rights to a medical technology, and they made the Dr who invented it an officer and director. In fact, the individual never served as an officer or director, he didn’t even know he was “named”. SMH, I’m wondering out loud if Patel knows he’s been named as interim CEO.
