Its a good thing WCVC did that 1 for 1000 reverse split back in 2016 or they would have 35 BILLION shares issued by now. Looks like more dilution is on the way however now that the increase to 650 million authorized shares has taken place.
Guess this probably happens though when a company like WCVC is basically broke.
