Gers. Like I posted a while back, the guys were Naïve in the Business sense, and probably made a few mistakes? Given that probable reality, I wonder if the Judges will regard that as a negative and just use that announcement as an excuse? The facts count and not any divulgence of Amateurish errors on anyone's part can be considered when big money damages are in place? Then if mistakes were made on a number of occasions, they cannot be dismissed as Amateurish errors, but as inexcusable errors that shouldn't have happened, no matter how inexperienced the guys were in Business? So whatever reasons they use to countermand those charges against them, there had better be Powerful underlying conditions that forced them into thinking & acting the way that they did!!

Facts are what the Judges have to rely on, not what Business-people present as mistakes, which may have been Genuine errors in judgement yes, but could lead to an unfair conclusions that could damage another person's business, even if those errors were unintended, IMO! The guys have had Lawyers offering advice, even in those critical days when every move had to be documented for their own survival, so no excuses boys?

Technicalities could very well throw a monkey wrench in our chances for a win here? But then again, Those alleged Infringers seemed to have made some large WHOLESALE mistakes of their own, which should not be allowed to stay free of Penalties if they are true? IMO!
