The CEO bought shares in the open market. Insider buying. Why would he do this? Oh, I know be ause he decided to fold his family furniture business into his publicly owned corporate company.

He will build instant value. Plus, he might even start buying up mom and pop furniture stores to ensure that only Vytex approved products are sold. It'll be a win-win.
