It's not too late to prove me wrong. They just have to get meaningful sale on ClassiDoc to shut me up at 4Q. Also, their balance sheet has to make sense. You cannot post $250k of bought revenue and have liabilities increased by $1mil-$2mil+ and call it a business. It's not sustainable. Which is why ClassiDoc needs sale.

Also updating the promised Quarterly SS which is 2 months late already would be a good start. That is in their investor FAQ as well.
