Where can we actually see the form 4s? Or cant we? That would be amazing

I counted roughly 100 million shares locked up by insiders (less of course any purchases they would have made from February 1st until now because the last form 4 is Jan 31). If OS Is 500 million currently and we traded at least that much in the last couple of weeks than float shares should be locked up. Who the hell is selling 100s of millions of their shares???
