Shamus, any form of compensation from sevu to Mcbride and Associates would have to be disclosed.PERIOD.

on the second point, it seems to be splitting hairs. If Rich did not receive the money then it is not compensation. however I see your point.

shamus, you should also do your homework and understand how business is ran. Do you actually think that $80,000 would cover McBride and Associates employees and expenses AND leave Rich with tons of money.
