They did not say end of quarter, they said "in" the quarter, and on the website "during" the quarter.

If they file 2014-2017 10-K's and the first 3 quarters of 2018 on the 17th, 20th, 24th etc. they will be not be current, and the CE label will still apply.

If they file in between, from what I've read, the CE designation must remain. Mark said to me idea was to file and CE would be lifted asap.

End of March is a long time it seems. The wait is agonizing.
