POST RS has this trading under PR RS pps of .0002 consistently

You Can get shares at a 20-30% discount from the pre RS bottom

No rush to buy here as this PPS level is not sustainable because company needs financing and that spells convertible debt

Unlikely Company will be able to get conventional financing here

OS increase is inevitable

1 million shares Dilution is equal to 2 billion shares Dilution pre RS

Does not bode well for pre RS shareholders
