No they cant . That is in a motion to the Delaware court. That has no bearing over the ccaa proceedings. As plainly spelled out by CS . As according to him they arent in bankruptcy. And the following statement after it plainly says the vesting order for the sludge plant outweighed 99.9 % of the stakeholders. Meaning the only real stakeholder got pennies on the dollar.
