Exactly! When you call and ask pointed questions they can either tell the truth or lie. Sometimes they know the answer to your question and can't or won't say. Sometimes they just plain don't know and sometimes they lie. When you talk for a time with them they generally tell you a lot more than they think just by the way they respond to your questions. I guess I think I can read people pretty good and the longer you talk to them the more they reveal. T.

Agreed an important point. With the statement that Abbott calls about twice per week would indicate that they are indeed in contact with Abbott and, unless it takes two calls per week to say "we no longer like the test", Abbott continues to pursue development of the test for their analyzer.

Tigert, What was your impression as to the validity of the twice a week comment?
