they already did the split in the set up for the merger...they aren't going to split their pre-ipo peeps unless they are just going to shoot themselves in the foot before they even get going...which could happen but these guys have been trying to do this and get public for awhile now so i doubt we see a bonehead move like that...but who knows
go read the filings and you will see they have been quietly setting up to merge here for quite awhile now...since last fall when the split took place...
