Thanks TJ. Jason learns and remembers what he hear's from potential clients. (He's mentioned similar to that in PRs before). That's why he puts products in beta-testing. Learn about the issues, fix them, learn what the customers want added, and add it if it's a good idea. That's a continuous process for all of Data443's products and never stops. I believe Jason also constantly looks at opportunities that would leverage sales if he integrated to another non-Data433 product. And doesn't rule out considering another partner or situation like ArcMail, where it makes sense.

You are right on some aspects and slightly off on some others.

Arcmail is an email archiving solution. If a customer is using Exchange 2010 for all their emails/archiving solution then it will be simple as upgrading to the next Exchange on-premise or Exchange 365 solution. Just an FYI, on-premise Outlook still exist. The latest version is 2019. Most directors will opt for this route as upgrading Exchange 2010 to keep support is the easiest route.

Here is the kicker. If the customer were using Exchange 2010/third-party archiving solution then this probably wouldn't change. They just have to switch/upgrade the email solution. The said archiving solution does not need to be switched. The archiving solution may need an upgraded at most.
