Ya maybe they get it better outside , they are provoding the property and 50 mil that's a bit there. they are probably having talks about sharing cost of operation also maybe IPKL can stil do good on that to perhaps the partner can soak up the electric bill prop tax and such, will IPKL furnish half the engineering part and or most the R n D , and me tired eyes to beddy bye thanks as always Potlander
