The sec filing as per yesterday prove institutional ownership of common stock. Ummmm not sure why don’t see the positive in all this. But hey many of us longs making money had we listen to your theory will we would not be making money.

Another thing let’s add some street wise common sense to this equation. Of all the close institutional friendships and contacts lampert personally knows holding commons , do you you think lampert is gonna just wipe out his homies common stock. Common sense says no.
