It wasn't the company that stated financials will be out by Feb. 14th. It was one of the constant positive posters making the best of the company missing self imposed deadlines 2-3 times. Everyone is hoping its right but history says they will be wrong again. They will spin it again IF/WHEN its missed in 2 days. Someone on here (one from the group that refuse to acknowledge company issues/misses) posted a claimed they talked with an insider with information that stated uplift to nasdaq by april 1st, or just after... I forget. This was just after the recent letter to shareholders came out. This is actually comical to watch. Side note.. recent rise in share price was very nice for the account!
Those 2/14 post are generally from people trying to piece together bits and pieces of info and are just being hopeful. In reality they are not going to file until Avant is 100% current. Avant is almost caught up now but as of today their 2018 10K is still outstanding. I understand they are very close but until then we won't see Arrayit file. Plus there is nothing that says 2/14 is a deadline for anything.
