You thinking a short squeeze here? I think that could happen, not sure how far it could squeeze too until this dilution is over. If they are diluting to get their company debt free it could be coming to an end soon (week or next week depending on how hard they hit it). If they then go current right after that with 60% of this shorted we could see a big boom.
