Depends Alot of CEOs learn from the past and don't repeat the same mistakes and move the company forward as with all Great entrepreneurs If they didn't make mistakes like building APPLE or Microsoft or Amazon then they are a liar Every Human on the planet had made mistakes unless you are JESUS Ask any entrepreneur They all have learned from past mistakes to make a POWER HOUSE Of a company $$$$$$ Just like buying a penny stocks You learn why one didn't go up so you learn and don't make the same mistakes on the next one and when you pick a winner You remember what made that one a winner and buy ones with those characteristics again $$$$$ Must look out of windshield instead of rear view mirror $$$$$
