There are 513 million common shares outstanding. At $1 per share DIRV would be valued at $513 million dollars. Reality? DIRV is trading at about a $2 million valuation now. So, you’re telling people if this merger were real, DIRV stock is worth 256X more than it is today? ROTFLMAO. Put down the crack pipe and stop blowing this nonsense smoke. There is absolutely zero basis for this valuation forecast and nothing to support this claim. I see the largest Net Loss in DIRV’s corporate history in its next report
