Its not about when Maxim acquired (past), its about what they PLAN TO DO. Its not that hard to understand

All publicly traded entities have a value, and even more so when they are clean like this ticker is.

Did you notice that all their filings are Edgarized and ready for uplisting? I bet we hear about an uplisting soon.

Even the Maxim filing was an 8K format and pinkies are not required to release 8Ks. This tells me they want to keep everything clean to make the uplisting easy.
