Says in the quarterly that EBS and USBA were aquired from Reliance Holdings so this reaffirms the whole reverse merger idea IMO.

For EBS and USBA:
"The restricted common shares were issued to Reliance Global Holdings, LLC 12,400,000 shares, Yaakov Beyman 3,000,000, Alex Blumenfrucht 1,000,000"

They also distributed the preferred shares that they had converted into restricted common:
"The shares were issued to Reliance Global Holdings, LLC 92,915,170, John B. Lowy 6,584,830, Alex Blumenfrucht 500,000"
