I was reading SGMD’s 8-K filing linked below, and it makes me wonder if these announced deals are in trouble. And think it could be trouble because SGMD structured a $5,000,000 deal with the share price pegged at .10/share. Now SGMD’s shares are trading much lower then when this LOI was announced last month. Because SGMD’s shares are worth a lot less, the deal looks dead unless SGMD changes the terms, and SGMD will need to increase the number of common shares to make up for the shortfall.
