I've been saying this for a long, long time, and not one person has shown how it can be done. They claim offshore brokers, but they have to follow SEC rules - it simply does not happen.
If ANYONE can PROVE they can short sub penny stocks, JUST SHOW US. Or, STFU about it, because it simply does not happen.
