I think you are forgetting Europe data is also being counted this time.
June 2019 at latest, I hope April ish finish line.
by that measure they only need about 20 million $ for 1 last time and then journey to profitability start summer of 2020 or early.
S-3 is ready for make a move IMO the investors presentation and everything makes sense.
