That is just more false information. An 8k is a filing with the SEC to report material events that have already taken place. A PR is a press release consisting of forward looking statement and flat out lies. SMH

Well that’s wrong. An 8-K is the “current report” registered companies must file with the SEC to announce major events that shareholders should know about. Companies have four business days to file a Form 8-K.

It’s not the same as just typing “8-K” across the top of a fluff Pink Sheet PR. SMH
