All I know is that the restaurant is currently closed, the staff not working, and suppliers have yet to be paid. This was disclosed to me through an unofficial channel, but a channel that was linked to the restaurant directly.
Take it for what it is. Everything else is speculation, so there is no need to criticize the team members for "not turning a profit to stay open". There are probably other factors at play here, and your guess is as good as mine. To be immediately dismissive is silly. Let's wait and see how this plays out. Both yours and my opinions on what is happening has little effect on anything. The more we talk about it without news from Everett, the more of the limited posts I am wasting on this matter.
