I had issues.... I used to

have Scott trade.... never had issues

tda bought Scott, then I started having

issues.... I don't think tda let's you buy

tickers that are delinquent with finra in

order to "protect" you.... I immediately

switched to e trade

TDA will not let you start buying this.

If you already own some, you can buy and sell. Etrade will let you start a new position here.
