Solar_Express Today you posted: With $$ coming in from India.... and Last week I believe you saw a post that showed a picture of TECH CITY apparently being sponsored by the India Assam Govt (Bongaro, Assam, India). From the mostly deserted area picture, showing a few workers milling about and 2 people sitting in plastic chairs, IMO, if QTMM intends to seriously manufacture there, it would appear that if that picture/story is legitimate, that we are talking at least 12 to 18 months minimum before TECH CITY may be finished and staffed? (I believe also posted by Beacher99 post# 69316 )

Perhaps this may be why in part for the QTMM approx 25% stock decline?

Does QTMM have any other sites or other high probability success sites and locations where their products might? realistically sooner be actually manufactured to begin a revenue flow? Thanks for your response.
(Note: I recently added more QTMM at approx. .033 cents, but now feel as if I should have waited.)
