Eventually it will tighten up, however this isnt going up until btc goes up.
And or we get clarity that its not a security from the SEC.
However I do feel that when this takes off, its going to sky rocket. Too many great things going on for XRP. I still have a hard time believing its still at .30 with all the great news thats been coming out.
Partners after partners, its going to get really exciting soon enough.
