Also expecting to see some form 13Ds on new %positions by institutions, as only 400K shares needed in the current 8M O/S (without to be executed warrants) -- and 1.7M were sold. We are going to see some files -- which will tell a story of who is still bullish on the inside before by the time the offering closes on 2/12/19

Agree! Most of the ppl don’t understand the game they are playing to collect shares from retail.
