"the real deal is here"....issue is the issued shares outstanding...how does anyone make any money when Stippick is now dumping 300,000,000 shares at .00175 and then the convertible notes convert even cheaper...end of day 1 billion common shares ISSUED...and at cheap price...THEN they need more shares to do more money raise...THATS issue regardless if there is a real deal here !

sad to say but stippick screwed this pubco over and its done ! Remember he tried a R/S in august so how does anyone trust what he says !
