You had mentioned on the EDEX board that many stocks R/S for institutional buying but tend to dilute thereafter. What are your thoughts for this particular company. I dont see the institutional interest in the R/S here. I currently hold a now very small position here, and was looking to add in a week or so, and would appreciate your opinion.
