wheres the pre-14C for this reverse split?

Telco relinquished the SEC filling status a couple of years ago. Like most Pinks the Reverse Split comes without warning. Chances are that JMZ was issued shares in a conversion for debt and the remainder if the SS is maxed out. Telco has not filled anything in two years so one can assume the worst.
