Agreed on the first part.

This has been the situation for years, nothing has change and won’t until a partnership is struck.

Once they get enough money for the BLA, the amount needed drops considerable. They are close to having the funds to finish BLA, I suspect this month with or without a partnership. Then the company can negotiate with a partner or dilutive funds from a position of strength. We know lots of news is coming in Q2. I'm looking forward to see these press releases while not raising dilutive cash, i.e. breaking free of the historic cycle here.

I think you’re spot on with your assessment. I know we are all anticipating some exciting PR’s in the near term. I’m trying to not let myself get too excited about them though, with regard to the SP....Unless the first PR is about non-dilutive financing. Otherwise, we may only see a few pennies up, before settling back to this same range we’ve been stuck at for months. When the accredited Paulson investors’ phones stop ringing and the email solicitations stop, then we will know it’s OUR time!
