I believe there is more to this than meets the eye. Not once there was any mention of Common being canceled this was opportunity to state this but did not happen during court proceedings. Lambert have mentioned couple times the buy out will maximize shareholders value posted few times if anyone can find it and post it.
Eddie owns 70 percent of the common that includes us we own the s as me common just does not make sense giving up his shares.
Why give them up last filing form 4 shows he owns these common shares if he planned different he could have sold but he did not will find out in the future game plan.
I know Linda stated he owns 100 percent of holdco thus he does not need shld shares should any of this information should be disclosed legally? Pertaining to his shares and common as a whole?
