Here's an apparent revelation!

SPRV is NOT even involved in the car wash deal, other than On Courier 365 is a car wash customer! BAYP is purportedly now washing the On Courier 365 vans. The sold car wash was NOT owned by SPRV! The car wash was a privately-held company, personally owned by Roderick Santulan and perhaps other private investors!

SPRV GOT ZERO FROM THE CAR WASH SALE TRANSACTION!
