The Company will be working closely with Manning Elliott in order to file its annual financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis and related officer certifications for the financial year ended September 30, 2018 (the “Annual Filings”) as soon as possible. The Company will provide further updates as to the expected timing of its Annual Filings.
A reporting package prepared in accordance with National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations by Manning Elliott, the successor auditor and the Company will be filed on www.sedar.com.
