So did you purposely leave out 70 million of the debt that falls under the secured ? And is light years ahead of the shareholders. But you are right there is no share transaction in the ccaa proceedings. And when it goes back to Delaware as the debt ridden shell it is there will be no share transaction either . As there is nothing left . A motion for the TERMINATION of the ccaa could drop any day now .

Who knows or cares. PWC told everyone in no uncertain terms that, eventually, if not much sooner, the shares and stock ticker will be canceled.
