The $ 35 M was offered to the UCs for
their support of the $ 1.3 B Credit Bid - which
they were first opposed to.


The $ 35 M is only 1 % of the the $ 3.5 B
Debt the UCs are owed. No way is that
an acceptable recovery for the UCs.
