By OWCP standards (their presentation on their web page) science isn't coming for a couple of years. In fact they still do not have their phase 1csafety study completion on their web page. They also have a terrible track record meeting the times they do propose. So the science is still years away, maybe 1 year at best. Which is in 2020. Revenue won't be coming until the science is complete, so look ok bg again at 2020 before you have a chance to start hoping for revenue.
But reverse split it s Coming in 2019. This is all according to what the company has said, as no the company has routinely told us not to listen to anyone else but what they say.
All you have to do is listen to them, and it becomes obvious current shareholders are in for a very brutal time in 2019
