I would like to know how is it there isn’t a class action lawsuit for failure to deliver on Triway dividend

Noone has the energy and/or clings to the hope that it will come. If you take the initiative then you might be able to gather the masses, although as long as dilution (seems to) have ended shareholders are more likely to NOT join now
