I expect they never dreamed that, after stating "shareholders will see no recovery" they'd get slammed with inquiries from those same shareholders and see the sort of narratives about someone buying or wanting the empty, debt ridden shell. Otherwise, they'd have waited the 3 weeks or so for their next court date and the wrap-up of the proceedings as is more common. Buying shares in a company in bankruptcy liquidation is mindless anyway.

Still, it has been inevitable ever since the liquidation, and now they've told FINRA. It will happen without warning.

Yeah...maybe the corn sludge is worth $10,000 per oz...that’s the ticket. Shareholders gonna be rich!!!!

They really are trying to force us to sell. After watching L2 these past weeks, it's obvious someone wanted shares badly, and failed.

Releasing this report just after Intracoastal's 13G and way before the court date, is suspicious IMO.
