Yes; Mr. Textor is going to merge PLFX into BTOP, then do a R/S, blame it on some BS, release a few more fluff/scam PRs in a desperate bid to bulk a few more new suckers, then finally declare bankruptcy and liquidate all your money you threw away on either PLFX or BTOP in the form of "Preferred Shares." That is what is going on.
