That means nothing pertaining to my statement. All that means is that if you think the company is still worth the 12 million market cap and some change that it was yesteday, that the price would have to be .0041 with the new OS, if it was active in OTC markets. All my statement was saying is that OTC markets has not changed their OS, and still has it listed as 4.5 billion.
