From time to time may engage in preliminary discussions and negotiations! Makes it sound like there in the very beginning stages and they’re not very far along in this process! We can’t afford to be in the beginning stages, hope that’s not the case but the wording makes it sound like it

That's the same wording as the early Nov term sheet. The language shows that term sheets do not necessarily culminate in deals.

The 10Q did not indicate we are any closer to a deal. That is what we hope is happening. Confirmation bias is a common mistake.

It still remains to be seen. Fingers crossed :)

rule...Be rationale. There are several different areas of the drug development world. There is USA or North America, UK, Europe, Japan, China, Asia, South America all inhibited by people who get diseases. This fact alone would call for more than one term sheet or one deal. Then there are 2 different drugs for the same areas of the world. More term sheets.

And then there is the Fact that multiple deals with multiple companies might be very advantageous for IPIX in several different ways that i won't go into. All JMO!!!
