Pray....If they covered expenses I would commit to volunteering at least one full day. I'm sure between the good people in here and on FB we could get plenty of volunteers for them to help out...I would even be willing to negotiate them a spot at the exhibit.The going rate was... 'RSA Conference oers an opportunity to purchase exhibit space outside of our sponsorship package oerings. Exhibit space is priced at $140.00 per square foot (the “Booth Fee”) for 2019.' I believe I can do better then that rate. Like you said all they need is a table to pin all the awards on. (I would even have our in house sign department make some signage) plus, a power point presentation...I have a projector and some convention things I can pack into a rent a car and gladly drive up to help out. Jason, if you're reading this just say the word...we all want you to succeed and flourish. We'll scan badges, take names and collect business cards...
