Annual report is due soon, my guess they are working on the audit and annual report. Frankly I'd prefer they wait until after then to release any new news as it would potentially have a greater impact.
From my own Experience as a businesses owner, things don't always go as planned.. There are delays... there are hold ups....Etc.. When we get are Updates we will be very happy$$
