A couple of thoughts here.

1) WDDD in their brief was posturing that it was Bungie who was bringing up settlement talks in a self-serving manner, so either settlement is off the radar for now or WDDD is doing just that - posturing for better settlement terms.

2) Price drop doesn't necessarily mean selling. It could be a net buyer walking the price down with smaller sells to be able to make larger purchases at a lower price. Check level 2 or the OTC Markets site for better clarity.
