Why are you sure? MDTR is blowing smoke and using mirrors ....
If you believed they were buying back shares you are part of the problem. I sent management an email and they replied which could be an ok sign but they said they were doing great and that a Pr was coming soon... I sent them the same question before thanksingiving and they said the same thing .
